Family Support: Home Visiting

Some families are in need of support, and for a variety of reasons find it hard to attend activities outside of the home. Our family support coordinator, who is a trained health visitor, and experienced in areas such as child development, behaviour management and parent-child relationships, is able to visit a small number of families in their homes. Families seen in this way are referred by the local children’s centre or other health professionals such as GPs.
