From Liverpool St: Number 8 or 388 to bus stop in Bethnal Green Road near Canrobert St.. Walk down Wilmot St. The Mission is on corner of Wilmot St and Three Colts Lane.

From Aldgate, St Botolph St: Number 254 to bus stop in Cambridge Heath Road near Three Colts lane. Walk down Three Colts Lane. The Mission is on your right directly opposite Bethnal Green overground station on corner with Wilmot St.

From Hackney Central, Mare St: Number D6, 106 or 254 to Bethnal Green underground station. Turn right into Bethnal Green Road, and turn left down Wilmot St. The Mission is on corner of Wilmot St and Three Colts Lane.
From Bow, Roman Road: Number 8 to bus stop in Bethnal Green Road near Wilmot St. Turn left down Wilmot St. The Mission is on corner of Wilmot St and Three Colts Lane.
